Tracy Sandifer ’16, MBA’18

Tracy Sandifer of Charlotte, an enterprise account executive for Cisco Systems, Tracy Sandifer smiling with sun behind in treeshas two Clemson degrees: a 2016 bachelor’s degree in psychology and a 2018 master’s degree in business administration. She joined Cisco Systems, a worldwide leader in developing communications and networking solutions for business, education, government and home applications, in 2018. She held posts in Raleigh and Houston before beginning her current position in Charlotte in 2025.

She has consistently exceeded performance goals, earning recognition as a Sales Champion in 2024 and receiving multiple Cisco Achiever Awards. She was presented the Servant Leader Award in 2021 and the Unstoppable Together Award in 2023. She was selected for Cisco’s highly competitive Commercial Accelerate cohort in 2023 and participated in both the Global Virtual Shadow Experience and Cisco E2E Leadership Training in 2024. Also in 2024, she was selected for Cisco’s USC Pacesetters and CWA Leadership Council.

Tracy has mentored aspiring young professionals through the Artemis, EmpowerUP and ElevateHER programs. She was a core team member of Cisco’s MultiplyIT initiative to promote diversity and early-in-career development. She organizes and executes the Cisco micro-internship through P.A.W. Journey for Clemson student athletes each year.

As president of Clemson’s MBA Alumni Council since 2023, Tracy has been instrumental in expanding and shaping opportunities for alumni to connect with, mentor and support current students. Previously, as marketing chair for the Houston Clemson Club, she was responsible for promoting alumni and community programming throughout the local area. As a Clemson student, she was executive director of Clemson Miracle, one of the largest student-run philanthropic efforts on campus.

Community organizations and activities benefiting from Tracy’s volunteerism stretch from the Carolinas to Texas and back. Examples include the P.A.W. Journey Micro-internship, the RTP Giveback Gala, the Cisco High School Externship program, the Bridge Gala, One Main Roar and The Parenting Place.
