Become a Holiday Shopping Fair Vendor
Are you a Clemson-connected business or artisan with unique gifts to sell? Join us as a vendor at the 2025 Holiday Shopping Fair on November 21! This beloved community event brings together passionate Clemson alumni, friends, visiting football travelers and local shoppers for an exclusive shopping experience just in time for your Holiday shopping! Space is limited—register early to secure your spot, and check out our new Premium Vendor Package for enhanced visibility! Vendor registration closes October 31st. Refunds will not be provided.
General Vendor Registration – $50
Register to be a general vendor which includes a standard 8ft vendor table. Vendors will need to bring their own table drape. General Vendor registrants will be located within the center rows of the ballroom setup. Corners, endcaps, larger space for multiple tables and the tables closest to the door require a premium registration. Clemson students who own a small business can also register at a discounted rate. Anyone registering as a student will be verified as a student before they are approved as a vendor. Register Now
Premium Vendor Registration – $125 (New This Year!)
Upgrade your experience using the dropdown menu to receive a premium location within the event footprint. Corners, endcaps, larger space for multiple tables and the tables closest to the door require a premium registration. Premium vendors will also receive featured placement in digital marketing and promotions. (The $125 premium fee includes the $50 base registration) Register Now
Note: If you are using any of Clemson’s 20+ federally protected marks on your products, you must be licensed through CLC and Clemson for approval to sell your products.
