Explore Science is an engaging public celebration of science at Clemson. The event will take place on Friday, October 23, 2026, from 4:00–6:00 p.m. on the Kinard–Martin–Long Lawn.
Our annual CBAC Tailgate is the ultimate Homecoming gathering spot! This family-friendly experience features live music by DJ Kurious George, entertainment, games, the Instant Reflections photobooth, catered meals by Brockstarr Grill (deadline: October 11), and more—all in the heart of campus near the amphitheater. Each year, we serve more than 1,000 attendees, and it’s a chance to reunite, celebrate, and share the Clemson spirit while engaging with alumni and guests throughout the day.

Join us at The Showdown (1628 Grant Ave.) where we’ll have dedicated TVs, great food, and a Tiger-themed drink menu! The Showdown is dog and family friendly, but note it may get more crowded / noisy later in the evening. For those driving in, we recommend the North Beach Garage which is ~1.5 blocks from both the bar.
Mountain View
Join us at The Sports Page (1431 Plymouth St.) for a peninsula / south bay watch party! The Sports Page is dog and family friendly, with plenty of food and drink options indoors and on the large, covered patio, along with games and other fun. For those driving in, there is dedicated parking as well. This week, our rival Hokies will also be joining in at the event.
East Bay (Danville)
Join us at Primo’s (298 Hartz Ave.), with fellow East Bay alumni and fans! Primo’s is dog and family friendly, with great pizza and plenty of TVs both indoors and on the outdoor covered patio. You can find the group outside on the patio most weeks.

Celebrate Homecoming with the Clemson graduate community!
Join us Oct. 24 outside Martin Hall for a Graduate Student and Postdoc Tailgate featuring food, fun, and the game on the big screen. It’s a great chance to meet other graduate students and postdocs from across campus, connect with Clemson alumni, and enjoy Homecoming together.
The tailgate will begin at 5:00 PM
Food is first-come, first-served. We will also be able to watch the game on the lawn if you are unable to get a ticket. Bring a tailgate dish to share with others if you would like, and be ready to cheer on the tigers!

This will be the Tigers’ and Hokies’ 38th clash since their first meeting in 1900, with Clemson leading the rivalry with a record of 24–12–1! Executive Director Joe Ryan will introduce us to the program, and then we’ll hear directly from a current ClemsonLIFE student and an instructor who will share their experiences and offer a personal look at the friendships, growth and sense of belonging that make the program so special.
