Clemson Alumni Event Sponsorship Opportunities

You or your company may choose to work with the Clemson Alumni Association through an event or program sponsorship. Event or program sponsorships include money or gifts-in-kind offered in support of a Clemson Alumni Association event or program by an organization or company that will in turn receive certain recognition as sponsor, with terms agreed upon in advance. Opportunities area also available for co-branded giveaway items such as koozies, caps, pens, etc

*The Clemson Alumni Association does not permit advertising for private property and all advertisements must be associated with a licensed company. No more than two advertisers will be permitted at one time with products within the same industry. The Clemson Alumni Association maintains the right to accept or deny advertising rights to any entity. 

Welcome Back Festival

  • Feature Sponsor: $5000

    • Mentions from stage throughout festival
    • Option to speak from stage
    • Table next to stage to distribute information and giveaways for tickets sold by the Alumni Association and Student Alumni Association
  • Table Sponsor:

    • Distribute bags to the more than 10,000 attendees of the event so they can gather items offered by other sponsor vendors

Senior Picnic

  • $1,000
  • Hosted on campus each spring, over 1000 students attend this annual event. Sponsorship includes a sponsor table, distribution of sponsor give-ways, signage, and sponsor logo on all printed materials.

Alumni Annual Golf Tournament

  • Hole Sponsorship: $300
    • Sponsor sign and ability to include giveaway item in registration gift bag
  • Tee Sponsorship: $300
    • Sponsor sign and ability to include giveaway item in registration gift bag
  • Sponsor Table: $500
    • Table on site at registration for one-on-one interaction with participants and the opportunity to distribute giveaways and information
  • Awards Ceremony Sponsor: $2,000
    • Provides food and drinks to the tournament participants, table at event to give out information and giveaways, and ability to speak at event
  • Title Sponsor: $5,000
    • Logo on all promotional materials, website and social media, signage throughout the event, table at registration for one-on-one interaction with participants and the opportunity to distribute giveaways and information

Distinguished Service Awards Banquet

$10,000

The Distinguished Service Award is the highest honor that the Clemson Alumni Association can bestow upon an alumnus or alumna. This prestigious award is given to those alumni who have not only devoted their life to professionalism and public service, but who have also continued a lifelong dedication to Clemson University. Sponsorship includes:

  • Logo on all promotional materials, event program, website and social media
  • Signage throughout the event
  • Recognition from the podium during the event by Emcee
  • Table during post-event celebration for one-on-one interaction with participants and the opportunity to distribute giveaways and information

Alumni Reunion

$7,500

The annual Golden Tiger Reunion is held in recognition the 50th reunion class. Other class years also attend the event to reunite with their classmates with an average attendance of approximately 400 people each summer. The reunion is held in June and includes a welcome dinner, luncheon, class parties as well as various tours and activities for reunion guests. Golden Tigers also enjoy a recognition ceremony honoring their 50th reunion as well as a class gift recognition ceremony. Sponsorship of the Golden Tiger Reunion includes:

  • Logo on all promotional materials, website and social media
  • Signage throughout the event
  • Recognition from the podium during one meal event by Emcee
  • Table during entire reunion for one-on-one interaction with participants and the opportunity to distribute giveaways and information

Roaring10 Awards Banquet

The Clemson Young Alumni Council recognizes ten outstanding Young Alumni (graduated within 10 years) for their impact in business, leadership, community, educational and/or philanthropic endeavors. The honor is given to those individuals who exemplify Clemson University’s core values of honesty, integrity, and respect. Sponsorship includes:

  • Logo on all promotional materials, event program, website and social media
  • Signage throughout the event
  • Recognition from the podium during the event by Emcee
  • Table during event for one-on-one interaction with participants and the opportunity to distribute giveaways and information

Young Alumni Fall Band Party

$7,000

The Young Alumni Fall Band Party is a mini-reunion for alumni who have graduated within the last 10 years. Sponsorship includes:

  • Logo on all promotional materials, event program, website and social media
  • Signage throughout the event
  • Recognition from the podium during the event by Emcee
  • Table during event for one-on-one interaction with participants and the opportunity to distribute giveaways and information
