Request Forms are now available. Requests can be submitted at this time, however requests will not be fulfilled until after February 24th when the freeze is lifted. Not all requests will be fulfilled on February 24th. You must connect with Megan McDow in order to schedule a timeline for your request.
During the final stage of the new database conversion, the system will be temporarily unavailable which means we will not be able to access alumni data from February 7th until February 24th, 2020. Since we will be unable to access data, there will be an email communication freeze during this time. We ask that you please plan your February communication pieces around these dates expecting that no email communications will be sent during this time.
We will keep you up-to-date on the success of the conversion and let you know if we anticipate any changes to this schedule. We apologize for for any inconvenience this may cause but please know that this is an important step in providing improved communication to your audience.
