The Clemson Class Ring serves as a physical reminder of the bond that exists between alumni. The ring recognizes the accomplishments of Clemson graduates and, as a ring that has changed very little since it was presented to the first graduating class in 1896, it is widely recognizable among alumni around the world. Balfour also offers a variety of complementary jewelry offering featuring the Clemson ring crest including pendants, cuff links, pendants, tie tacks and bracelets.

We started with a question. How do you chill wine to the perfect drinking temp, without the mess of an ice bucket? To solve it, we tested, obsessed and perfected our way to our very first product: The original Corkcicle Air in-bottle wine chiller. As we grow and evolve, our mission is still the same: Make every sip an experience. How can we tweak commonplace things to make them better? How can we add value to everyday moments? These challenges excite and push us to create cool stuff with meaning. Style and sustainability shouldn’t be tradeoffs. In fact, we believe in creating products that enhance personal style while reducing personal impact on the planet. Our Canteens, Tumblers, Stemless Wine Cups, Mugs, and Tumbler Straws are completely reusable, so you can feel good about making them part of your every day.
A Dapper Sandlapper was born from boredom with department store neckwear. As a student as Clemson, I started wearing bow ties and quickly grew tired with the boring department store options. I wholeheartedly believed that bow ties could be a lot more fun and set out to make that happen. What started with just bow ties has now grown into improving any and all accessories I can manage! I make bow ties (for adults, kids, and dogs), pocket squares, lapel pins, neckties, and even fanny packs. Life is far too short to wear anything boring!
Kanga Coolers, the world’s first iceless cooler, proudly born in Clemson and growing in Greenville, SC! We started Kanga as part of a class project back in 2017 and after going on Shark Tank in 2019 we’ve been growing the brand, team and products across North America! We credit so much of our early success to the people and opportunities that Clemson opened up for us – including the Pitch Smackdown contest hosted by Spiro! We love coming back to campus to speak to students and faculty about our journey in hopes to inspire them to pursue their own entrepreneurial ventures!
Located in the Old Calhoun District of Clemson, SC, Silva Coffee Co. offers customers a different coffee experience as we roast exclusively over a fire fueled by Oak & Hickory Wood. Following an old-world design, we built our original roaster back in 2012 and have been churning out coffee ever since. In 2022 we added a custom Italian 10 kg Wood Fire Coffee Roaster to our operation and are constantly perfecting our craft. Each batch we roast is carefully watched without supplemental heat or digital temperature control, producing a truly artisanal coffee. All 3 owners are Clemson Alumni.

Lucy, who has Down syndrome, has always loved creating things and sharing them with others. It makes her smile. Sarah, Lucy’s job coach in the ClemsonLIFE program, has always had a heart for the disabled and sees abilities in all. When exploring career opportunities for Lucy upon graduation, Sarah saw Lucy’s love for creating things and sharing them with others and the idea of The Upside Down Collection was born. The Upside Down Collection’s mission is to shine a light on all with special needs and their often-overlooked abilities. We offer handmade, every day jewelry created with love by Lucy and Sarah. It is our way of supporting all of those with differing abilities and honoring God for all his creation.
