What is the Clemson Ring Fund?
The Clemson Ring Fund exists to ensure that no Clemson student misses one of the most meaningful moments of their college experience due to financial reasons. For many students, the Clemson Ring represents years of hard work, sacrifice, and pride, but rising gold costs have made this tradition increasingly out of reach for some.
The Clemson Ring Fund will cover the ring costs and allow students to experience and share this defining Clemson tradition. The fund is rooted in the belief that belonging should never come with a price tag, and that every Tiger who earns a ring deserves the chance to wear it.
This Fund serves as a promise to keep Clemson’s traditions inclusive, meaningful, and accessible for generations to come.
How do I apply?
Students who qualify to receive a Clemson Ring will be invited to apply for support through the Clemson Ring Fund. The application will be included in the official email sent to students when they become eligible to order their ring.
The application process is simple and confidential. Students will be asked to complete a brief form sharing basic information and explaining their financial need. Applications are reviewed by a small committee that includes university representatives and student leaders to ensure a fair and thoughtful selection process.
Awards are granted on a needs-based basis, and selected students will have 100% of the cost of their Clemson Ring covered. Information about application deadlines and timelines will be included in the eligibility email each semester.

Applications Open 4/20/2026
Applications will open starting April 20, 2026 and will close May 20, 2026.
When applications open, they can be accessed through the Student Alumni Council TigerQuest.
Financial Aid Review
Clemson financial aid will review applicants to determine if students are eligible for the scholarship. A current FAFSA application must be on file to be eligible.
Selection Process
A committee of three Clemson Alumni Board members and four Clemson students will review applications and select six students to receive a Clemson Ring based on their applications.
Recipients Notified By 8/19/2026
Students will be notified of selection by August 19, 2026 and will be able to choose to receive their Clemson Ring during the Fall or Spring Ring Ceremony.
