We are excited to kick off 2021 with our second Tigers Tackle event series featuring Clemson’s Executive Performance Chef, Hali Foreman as she takes us through Tigers Tackle Healthy Cooking with Hali on Thursday, March 4 @ 7:30pm EST (previously scheduled for February 11).

Join our talented host Chef Hali Foreman, and the Clemson Alumni Engagement Team as we get a very healthy, yet tasty, tutorial on some new meals for you to try at home, with a side of fun and healthy cooking tips mixed in.

Chef Foreman will lead the group through a delicious dinner and desert combo: pan roasted chicken thighs with roasted root vegetables paired with cinnamon baked apples with homemade whipped cream! Once you’ve registered, we’ll provide you a short grocery list if you want to participate in the live cooking demonstration. These are all things you can purchase at your local grocery store! No complicated meal planning here! If you don’t have time to shop – don’t worry. Just come and join us. It will be like watching a Clemson version of Food Network…or at least that’s what we’re going for 🙂.
