Northern California Clemson Club – Viewing Parties

August 30, 2025 @ 4:30 pm - 7:30 pm

Northern California Clemson Club

Fall is around the corner and that means college football has finally arrived! On Saturday, 8/30/25 at 4:30pm (PDT) the Tigers will kick off the season against LSU in a sold out night game at Death Valley.

There are currently 2 confirmed football-viewing parties in San Francisco (including a pre-game tailgate) and Mountain View.

We’d love to help more Tigers get together in other parts of NorCal outside of these areas. Please reach out to norcalclemsonclub@gmail.com if you have suggestions on a watch location in your area and can help to coordinate a space to watch together!

San Francisco
Join us from 2:30pm onward for a pre-game tailgate in Washington Square Park in North Beach for family-friendly food, drinks, and fun! Please BYOB and (optionally) a tailgate snack to share with others. We will have coolers available if you need space for any items.

We’ll take the short stroll to The Showdown (1628 Grant Ave.) around 4pm where we’ll have dedicated TVs and more great food, drinks, and bar games for all! The Showdown is dog and family friendly, but note it may get more crowded / noisy later in the evening. For those driving in, we recommend the North Beach Garage which is ~1.5 blocks from both the Showdown and the park.

Mountain View
Join us at The Sports Page (1431 Plymouth St.) for a peninsula / south bay watch party! The Sports Page is dog and family friendly, serving a variety of food and drinks both indoors and on the large, covered patio. The space also has multiple games like giant Jenga, cornhole, and even a volleyball court.

We’ll be hosting several other events throughout the fall / winter – so be sure to follow us on Facebook and Instagram for the latest on all the Northern California Clemson Club happenings, or reach out to
norcalclemsonclub@gmail.com with any questions or feedback.
