Caroline Brown Aneskievich of Clemson named to Alumni Association Board

The Clemson Alumni Association has named Caroline Brown Aneskievich of Clemson to its board of directors. Her term began July 1.

Aneskievich, a South Carolina native, has Clemson undergraduate degrees in Spanish and International Trade (2010) and Marketing (2011). Caroline Aneskievich HeadshotIn 2015, she earned a master’s degree in business administration and international business, through the dual MBA/MIB partnership between Clemson’s Greenville-based MBA program and the IÉSEG School of Management in Paris.

She is currently on an international assignment with the BMW Group in Munich, Germany and leads the international rollout of SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting & Onboarding.

Aneskievich received the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute; the eCornell: Diversity, Equity & Inclusion: Building a Diverse Workforce certificate; the Disruptive Strategy Certificate from Harvard Business School Online; the Lean Six Sigma Greenbelt from Piedmont Natural Gas; and is a Human Resources Certified Professional through the Society for HR Management (SHRM). She served on the board of directors of Upstate International, is a graduate of Leadership Greenville Class 46 and is an Upstater with Upstate International.

As a student at Clemson, Aneskievich participated in Blue Key Honor Society; was President and a member of Omicron Delta Kappa, served on Clemson University Student Government as Assistant Attorney General and as a Senator Vice-Chair and on Freshman Council. She was a member of Alpha Delta Pi, Clemson University Tour Guide Association, Panhellenic Council and PiChi. She was also the recipient of the Ralph J. Pinnock Memorial Award for her outstanding work in the Judicial Branch of Undergraduate Student Government. As an alumna, she was recognized by the Clemson Young Alumni Council with the Roaring10 Award, an award that recognizes ten outstanding individuals for their impact in business, leadership, community, educational and/or philanthropic endeavors.

Since graduation, Aneskievich has dedicated her time to Clemson serving a term as president of the Clemson MBA Alumni Association, as a member of the Roaring10 selection committee, speaking on various panels, and mentoring undergraduate and graduate students.

On her appointment to the board of directors, Aneskievich stated, “Clemson University has shaped me into who I am and has been the “orange-thread” throughout my personal and professional life. Whether at home or abroad, I am grateful to continue my life-long commitment to serve the Clemson Family and live, Once a Tiger, Always a Tiger.

The alumni board has 22 members and is the governing body for the Clemson Alumni Association. Primary responsibilities of the board include general oversight of the programs and initiatives of the association, financial audit and review, the establishment of governing policies and strategic planning.
