Clemson University Land Stewardship Foundation Board

The mission of the Office of Land and Capital Asset Stewardship (LCAS) is to provide long and short-term planning, management and development of Clemson University real property to meet or exceed the goals set annually by University administration and the Board of Trustees.

The board consists of up to 12 directors: one appointed by CUF for a one-year term, five appointed by CU Board of Trustees for four-year terms. The board may elect by majority vote up to six additional directors for four-year terms; LCAS directors may elect unlimited non-voting members for one-year terms. All committees may be comprised of non-board members elected or appointed by the board. The chair must be a director. There are currently three ad hoc committees.
