How does it work?
Connections are made through scheduled appointments via live one-on-one video or audio sessions using ZOOM technology. The sessions are typically 6-10 minutes in duration. Employers determine the length of interviews and select their available timeslots. Candidates select an open timeslot and their preferred communication method (video or phone call).
