DESCRIPTION:The Clemson Alumni Association and IPTAY are excited to host the Clemson Family Tailgate prior to the Clemson vs. Georgia game in Charlotte\, NC on Saturday\, September 4.  The tailgate will take place at Truist Field home to the Charlotte Knights baseball team (324 S. Mint St.\, Charlotte\, NC 28202). The event will run from 3- 6 PM and the entrance will be at the main gate next to the Ticket Office (corner of S. Mint Street and W MLK Boulevard). Truist Field is .3 miles from Bank of America Stadium\, about a 5-minute walk. All tickets will be delivered via mobile delivery. \nTickets are $65 for adults 21 and older\, $45 for ages 6-20\, and children 5 and under are free. Tickets are non-refundable and will be available to purchase until sold out. \nMenu will include: Shalen’s hot dogs\, BBQ pork sliders\, Buffalo chicken sliders\, mac and cheese\, potato salad\, cole slaw\, potato chips\, and chocolate chip cookies. Unlimited Pepsi products and Aquafina bottled water are included with any type of ticket purchase. The $65 ticket for those 21 and older will include four (4) drink tickets. Drink tickets can be redeemed for select domestic draft beer and house wine. Craft beer\, liquor and additional drinks will be available for purchase. DESCRIPTION:The Clemson Alumni Association hosts Ring Week two times each year for current students who have completed 90 or more hours to order their Clemson Ring for the upcoming Ring Ceremony. Students can order their ring online at any time once they reach the 90 credit hour requirement. Click on an option below to begin the ordering process. Those who order by January 28 are eligible to participate in the Spring Ring Ceremony. \nThe 90 credit hour requirement applies to undergraduate students. Graduate students may order their class ring the semester they apply for graduation. Grad students may participate in the Ring Ceremony\, but they must contact Balfour at the time of their order to let them know they plan to do so. Based on an abundance of caution and deep concern for the possible risk that travel and assembling in crowded spaces creates\, the difficult decision was made to cancel the 2020 Prowl & Growl Tour. These events will not be rescheduled in 2020.    \nDue to the decisions made by the University to suspend in-person events taking place either on- or off-campus and the ACC’s decision to suspend all athletics competition indefinitely we felt this was the right decision to make in order to protect the health and safety of the event attendees\, volunteers\, coaches\, staff and the greater Clemson community. \nThe wellbeing of the greater Clemson community remains our first priority\, and we are grateful for your support as we continue to monitor and respond to rapidly changing circumstances. \nWe request your patience while the club finalizes plans for providing refunds to those who have purchased tickets to this event. DESCRIPTION:Ring Week – August 26-28\, 2019\nClemson students who have earned 90 or more credit hours are eligible to purchase their ring during Clemson Ring Week – August 26-28\, 2019 – at the Clemson Alumni Center. Special parking will be available during Ring Week (weather permitting). \n\nUndergraduate students currently enrolled who have completed 90 or more earned hours on their academic transcript (not degree works progress report)\, as well as graduate students who have applied to graduate\, can purchase their ring during this time.\n\nThe ring manufacturer\, Balfour\, will be on-campus during this time to offer sizing assistance as well as ordering assistance. Students can visit the Alumni Center\, across from Bowman Field\, during the hours of 10:00 am – 4:00 pm on these days to place their order. Students may also choose to order their ring online by clicking the button to the right. \nStudents who order their ring during this time are invited to participate in the Clemson Alumni Association’s Fall Ring Ceremony where President Jim Clements will shake hands with each of the new ring wearers. SUMMARY:Spring 2019 Ring Ceremony
DESCRIPTION:Event Details: \n\n\n\n\n\nThe Clear Bag Policy will be in effect for this event. Details: Littlejohn Clear bag Policy\n\nStudents who are participating in the ceremony are asked to refrain from bringing bags.\n\n\nMetal Detectors will be located at all entrances\n\nIn an effort to ensure that the Ring Ceremony is as safe as possible\, Clemson Athletics\, in conjunction with the Clemson University Police Department\, will implement a walk-through metal detector system in Littlejohn Coliseum at the entrances of the Burton Gallery\, the East Gate\, the South Gate and the student entrance on the loading dock. Students who are participating in the ceremony are asked to refrain from bringing bags. The detectors will require additional time to enter the coliseum\, so please plan accordingly.\n\n\nThe Ring Ceremony begins at 3:00pm\, doors open at TBD.\nNo ticket required.\nStudents should enter the designated student entrance to sign in for the ceremony and find your seat. Students will enter through the Loading Dock beside the Swann Pavilion. See photo to the right for directions.\nGuests of students receiving their ring should enter the building through the Parent and Guest Entrances. The Parent and Guest Entrances include the Burton Gallery (East and West)\, the East Entrance by the Tiger statue and the North Entrance next to Handicap Parking. See photo to the right for details.\nIf you do not plan to attend\, please send an email indicating the students name and mention that they will not attend.\nThose who purchased their ring during Ring Week are invited to receive their ring at the Ring Ceremony in April. DESCRIPTION:The Clemson Alumni Association is excited to announce the third annual Clemson Family Spring Fling to be held on Clemson Football’s Spring Game Day\, Saturday\, April 6\, 2019 from 10am – 2:00pm at the Shaw Family Lot (lot 2 – upper intramural field). \nThe Clemson Family Spring Fling is a new reunion event created by the Alumni Association to provide an opportunity for Alumni who participated in Greek Organizations\, Student Organizations\, Organized Intramural teams\, Sports teams and other student activities to gather with their former classmates. Guests will enjoy a tailgate with their organization prior to the game and then enjoy watching the Tigers play! \nThe tailgate will include a live band and food for purchase at four different food trucks on-site.  So far\, those food trucks include:  Kona Ice Anderson and Meat’n in the Middle. This is FREE\, family-friendly and anyone is welcome to walk through the tailgate area to enjoy the music\, food and games. You can also stop by any of the participating organization tailgate tent locations that YOU were a part of as a student at Clemson. \n*Note – there will be no parking available in this lot. Parking must be found elsewhere. \n
