DESCRIPTION:MOUNT VERNON CLEAN UP DAY\nMount Vernon\, VA\nSaturday\, October 26\, 9:00am-12:00pm\nJoin us for this fun morning outside as we experience George Washington’s Mount Vernon in all its fall glory.  We’ll help clean up the estate’s forested areas while Dean Norton ’77\, Mount Vernon’s Director of Horticulture\, shares stories about the historic property and takes us to places that are not open to the public \nThis is a family friendly event and children (ages 10+) are encouraged to attend.  Water\, lunch\, and plenty of good humor will all be provided.  Many thanks to Dean for organizing this event and providing lunch! \nRegistration is limited to just 25 guests – so don’t delay.  This event is free for current Club members and $30 for non-members.  Members may also bring one guest for free.  Register today to save your spot.

DESCRIPTION:The Fall 2024 Ring Ceremony is set for Sunday\, October 27.\nCeremony Times and Assignments\n\nWill be announced soon\n\nDue to the complex nature of the ceremonies\, requests for specific assignment times cannot be accommodated.\n \nEach participant (student) is assigned a specific seat in the venue. Seating assignments\, the section and seat number\, are included on the Participant’s Ticket. Each student is required to sit in this assigned seat as this assignment is directly connected to your Clemson Ring. Therefore\, participant tickets cannot be exchanged or traded with another participant. \nTravel Recommendation: Parents and guests are encouraged to arrive the day before the ceremony and leave the day after as ceremony times may prohibit travel the day of the event. \nThe Ring Ceremony is intended for those Clemson students who have earned a minimum of 90 earned hours and who have purchased their class ring from the exclusive manufacturer of the Clemson Ring. \nGraduate students who have completed half of their required hours may also purchase their ring and participate in the ceremony.

DESCRIPTION:On Saturday\, 11/2/24 at 4:30pm (PDT) the Louisville Cardinals will visit Death Valley\, where they will likely give our Tigers their toughest test since Clemson’s season opener against UGA.  This should be a great game.  There will be 2 Northern CA watch-parties in San Francisco & Mountain View.  Please join us! \nInformation about the 2 football-watch party venues in Silicon Valley & San Francisco follows. \nThe Showdown\, 1628 Grant Ave.\, San Francisco. \nCoffee\, food & adult-beverages are served.  There will be swag & free raffle tix for a box suite in Death Valley. \nThe Showdown is pet friendly and kids are allowed\, though please note it may get crowded later as more games kickoff and can get loud inside. There are a few ways to get in from outside the city: \n\nFrom BART: Get off at Montgomery Street station and take the 8 Muni\nline (10 mins) or walk (~20 mins\, mostly flat).\nFrom the Ferry: Walk ~20-25 minutes (mostly flat) from either the Ferry Building plaza or wharf\nParking: Recommend the North Beach Garage which is ~1.5 blocks from\nthe Showdown.\n\nThe Sports Page\, 1431 Plymouth St.\, Mtn. View.\nCoffee\, food & adult-beverages are served. There will be swag & free raffle tix for a box suite in Death Valley. \nWe will view the game on the covered patio on one of the three 84″ TVs. DESCRIPTION:On Saturday\, 11/9/24 at 12:30pm (PST) our Tigers will head to Blacksburg to take on the Virginia Tech Hokies\, in what should be a great game.  There will be 2 Northern CA watch-parties in San Francisco & Mountain View.  Please join us! \nInformation about the 2 football-watch party venues in Silicon Valley & San Francisco follows. \nThe Showdown\, 1628 Grant Ave.\, San Francisco. \nCoffee\, food & adult-beverages are served.  There will be swag & free raffle tix for a box suite in Death Valley. \nThe Showdown is pet friendly and kids are allowed\, though please note it may get crowded later as more games kickoff and can get loud inside. There are a few ways to get in from outside the city: \n\nFrom BART: Get off at Montgomery Street station and take the 8 Muni\nline (10 mins) or walk (~20 mins\, mostly flat).\nFrom the Ferry: Walk ~20-25 minutes (mostly flat) from either the Ferry Building plaza or wharf\nParking: Recommend the North Beach Garage which is ~1.5 blocks from\nthe Showdown.\n\nThe Sports Page\, 1431 Plymouth St.\, Mtn. View.\nCoffee\, food & adult-beverages are served. There will be swag & free raffle tix for a box suite in Death Valley. \nWe will view the game on the covered patio on one of the three 84″ TVs.
