SUMMARY:Richmond Clemson Club - Day of Service
DESCRIPTION:You and your family are invited to join our club for the Day of Service on Saturday\, April 30th. We are teaming up with HandsOn Greater Richmond from 10 a.m. – 12 p.m.to participate in a litter cleanup with the James River Park System. The James River Park System includes over 600 acres of shoreline and islands in the capital of Virginia\, extending in 16 sections from the Huguenot Bridge in the west to a half mile beyond the I-95 Bridge in the east. Volunteers are needed throughout the year to help collect trash\, maintain the trails\, remove graffiti and invasive plant species\, and conduct overall cleanup of the parks and the river. \nOur cleanup will take place at the 22 St. Entrance Parking Lot (2300 Riverside Drive in Richmond\, VA 23225). Please consider joining us in supporting our local community and university by volunteering on Saturday\, April 30th. \nEmail richmondclemsonclub@gmail.com to RSVP. Additional information will then be provided including reminders about what to bring and wear on April 30th.

DESCRIPTION:Tiger Football Festival with Former Players\n\nApril 30\, 202211:30am – 2:00pm \nCalling all Tigers – you’re invited to join us for a family friendly\, fun-filled afternoon to experience a little bit of Clemson in Maryland!Our Clemson Club is excited to present the 2022 Tiger Football Festival!  Join former football players Antoine McClain ’11\, Kevin Youngblood ’03\, Billy Davis ’84\, Dean Haledjian ’69 and 200 alumni\, parents\, families and friends.The players will share their Clemson and professional football experiences during a Q&A session and engage in some friendly competitions with the fans.  This fun afternoon will also feature:\n\n\nan inflatable obstacle course and lawn games\nbeer tasting from 7 Locks Brewing in Rockville for the adults\nprofessional face painting for the kids\na DJ playing the sounds of Tiger Band\nplenty of delicious food including pulled pork directly from the smoker\, hamburgers\, hot dogs\, cole slaw\, baked beans\, popcorn\, snow cones\, cookies and drinks\n\nTickets are $24 for Club Member adults and $14 for children (12 & under).  Non-member tickets are $55 for adults and $40 for children.  Ages 3 and under are free.  Clemson Club Members may register for up to 8 member tickets even if the guests are not Clemson alumni or Club Members.  All activities and food are included with your registration.Register here. Not yet a member?  Join today at www.clemsonclub.org/membership to take advantage of the Member discounts!  Contact rachael@clemsonclub.org with questions.
