The Clemson Class of 1974 Reunion will be held June 12-14, 2024 at the Madren Conference Center on Clemson University’s campus. We will be celebrating the class with a variety of events, tours and celebrations along with your classmates. Make your plans to join us!

WHAT IS THE GOLDEN TIGER REUNION?

The Golden Tiger Reunion is an annual celebration intended to complement the induction of the 50th reunion class into the Golden Tiger Society. During the celebration, Golden Tigers reunite with their former classmates and commemorate their induction by participating in a graduation-style ceremony. Each Golden Tiger will have their name called and will cross a stage to be presented with a Golden Tiger Society induction certificate and lapel pin. Clemson University and Alumni Association leadership will be in attendance to congratulate the new class of Golden Tigers.

Wednesday, June 12

Reunion Check-In Open from 5:30 – 7:30 pm

5:30 pm- 7:30 pm	1974 Golden Tiger Meet and Greet and Check-In	Lakeside Lodge	5:30 – 7:30 pm – Class Meet & Greet at Lakeside Lodge Mingle with your fellow reunion classmates and check-in for the upcoming festivities and receive your registration packet at the Class Meet and Greet on Wednesday evening at Lakeside Lodge. Light refreshments are provided at this event and guests may purchase drinks at the bar. Dinner reservations at Traditions on the Lake can be made by calling 864-722-2800.

Thursday, June 13

Reunion Check-in Open from 8:00 am – 4:00 pm

8:45 -10:30 am	1974 Golden Tiger Induction Ceremony	Grand Ballroom, Madren Conference Center	Members of the Class of 1974 will enjoy a graduation-style ceremony inducting them into the Golden Tiger Society. Class of 1974 Gift Celebration Class photo will be taken at this time. Ceremony will take place in the Madren Center Grand Ballroom. Attire: Sunday dress; men please wear blue blazer & tie, ladies Sunday dress/ business professional. Clemson accents welcome.
10:30 – 11: 45 am	Orange Glove Event	Madren Center	Golden Tigers from the class of 1974 and their guests will take a walk down memory lane at the Orange Glove event. Memorabilia, special collections and photos from the late 60’s and early 70’s will be on display.
Noon – 1:00 pm	Lunch Break	Lunch On Your Own	Lunch Break “Lunch on your Own” Price & transportation not included in registration Time on your own to rest/refresh, enjoy Clemson, downtown and campus.
2:00 – 4:00 pm	Tours and Activities	TBD	Tours & Activities for all reunion guests. Tours and activities to be announced closer to the date. Tours and Activities are first come, first served and participants must register for these activities. Details about tours and activities will be announced closer to the event.
4:00 – 5:00 pm	Refresh and Relax Break		Refresh and Relax Break
5:00 – 6:00 pm	Hospitality area open	Madren Center Bellsouth Lobby	Mix and mingle with your classmates. Open beer and wine bar available. Attire: Casual dress
6:00 – until pm	Welcome Reception	Madren Center Ballroom	Enjoy an evening gathering with your classmates celebrating the student organizations and activities that you participated in while you were a student. Heavy hors d’oeuvres. Entertainment includes DJ and dancing to the hits of the 60’s and 70’s. $55 per person. Attire: Casual Dress. Madren Center Ball Room

2:00 – 5:00 pm	Clemson Tours, Programs and Activities	TBD	Join reunion attendees to learn about Clemson tours, programs, updates and opportunities. Tours and activities to be announced closer to the date. Tours and Activities are first come, first served and participants must register for these activities. Casual dress.
5:00 – 6:00 pm	Social Hour	Madren Center	Social Hour – Open Wine and Beer Bar. Madren Center Lobby (all reunion guests)
6: 00 pm- Until	Golden Tiger Class Party	Madren Center Pavilion	Golden Tiger Class Party at the Madren Conference Center celebrating the Class of 1974. Casual Dress. $65 per person.
