Wreaths Across America
December 14, 2019
11:00am – 1:00pm
Take a break from the hectic holiday season to join the Clemson Club on Saturday, December 14 as we volunteer with Wreaths Across America to Remember the Fallen….Honor those who Serve….Teach our children the value of Freedom.
Our Club will volunteer at the following national cemeteries in our area:
- Baltimore National Cemetery, 5501 Frederick Avenue, Catonsville, MD; hosted by David Thompson ’13
- Chestnut Grove Cemetery, 831 Dranesville Road, Herndon, VA; hosted by David Rochester ’68
- Quantico National Cemetery, 18424 Joplin Road, Triangle, VA; hosted by Stephanie Barnosky ’98
- St. John Evangelical Lutheran Church Cemetery, 6004 Waterloo Road, Columbia, MD; hosted by Ashleigh Craig ’16
After the ceremony at each site, all volunteers will have the opportunity to lay remembrance wreaths on the graves of our country’s fallen heroes.
This opportunity is open to everyone including family and friends. The wreaths are provided, but we need many hands to help! To register, contact firstname.lastname@example.org and include how many volunteers are in your group.
