Alumni Calendar Guidelines
If you know of an event where Alumni are gathering, please let me know so we can get it on the Alumni Calendar. This calendar is intended for our external audience and can be accessed through both our Alumni homepage and the Alumni App.
Information about the event needs to be submitted at least one week prior to the RSVP date (or event date if there is no RSVP) if at all possible.
- Date of Event
- Time of Event
- Location of Event with Address
- Contact Name
- Contact e-mail and/or phone
- Summary of the event (optional)
- Link to more information (optional)
E-mail this information at least two weeks prior to your event to email@example.com.
